Ben was born in Phoenix, Arizona and is married to Donna Hedberg (Office Manager), father of 2 adult children. Ben, Donna, and family enjoy cycling, mountain bike riding, hiking, camping, fishing, kayaking, Mountain Man events (cycling races & group triathlons) as well as annual vacations to San Diego, Sedona, Rocky Point/Puerto Vallarta, Woods Canyon Lake, Williams, and the White Mountains.
