Ben was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He is married to Donna, who also serves as his office manager, and they have two adult children.

Outside of his work, Ben enjoys staying active through cycling, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his family. He values balance, connection, and living a life that reflects what matters most—principles that also guide his work with clients.
